What is the difference between IV and inhalation sedation?
IV sedation is a deeper, controlled sedation delivered through a vein. Inhalation sedation (gas & air) is lighter and ideal for quicker treatments or younger patients.
Is sedation safe?
Yes. Our team is specially trained and sedation is always monitored closely.
Can I return to normal after treatment?
After gas & air, you can resume normal activity quickly. After IV sedation, you’ll need someone to take you home and rest for the day. We will provide full details of what to expect before you book your sedation.
